At PubMatic, we’re shaping the future of digital advertising - helping brands and agencies win in an open, addressable ecosystem. We’re looking for a Client Services Partner to join our London-based Advertiser Solutions team and play a hands‑on role in bringing programmatic deals to life. You’ll work at the intersection of data, technology, and trading expertise, partnering closely with agencies and brands to optimise campaigns, unlock growth, and turn performance insights into real impact across the PubMatic platform.
What You’ll Focus On
- End‑to‑end post‑sale campaign management: deal approval, activation, optimisation, and renewal
- Deal setup, campaign launches, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation
- Performance analysis and data‑driven recommendations to drive KPIs and revenue
- Weekly/monthly reporting, QBRs, and inventory performance analysis
- Hands‑on DSP trading and optimisation across DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar
- Cross‑functional execution with Sales, Strategy, Addressability, Activate Trading, and Deal Desk
- SPO support, proposal development, and performance tracking
- Process improvements, documentation, and operational best practices
We’d love you to have
- 1-3 years’ experience in Programmatic Trading, Client Services, or Account Management within AdTech
- Hands‑on experience with major DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP, or similar)
- Strong understanding of programmatic buying/selling, pricing models, and optimisation strategies
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence analysing campaign performance data
- Experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional European language a plus
