About the role
As a PubLove GM, you’ll lead the show at one of our three unique sites. Each one is different, but all share the same beating heart – good beer, great food, buzzing atmosphere, and brilliant people..
- Running a profitable, guest-loved pub and hostel.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Creating a safe, clean, welcoming environment.
- Driving food & drink sales and operational excellence.
- Keeping the hostel side of things running smoothly.
- Playing your part in the wider PubLove leadership team.
About you
- Solid experience managing a busy pub or hospitality venue.
- A natural leadership style – calm, confident, fair.
- Proven track record of managing large parties.
- A head for numbers and a heart for people.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
- Energy, organisation, and a sense of humour.
Hostel experience is a bonus – but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time. Pay: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year.
