- Ensure clear visibility for the Resource & Delivery Lead and Head of Production across roadmap priorities, capacity constraints, and pipeline planning to support effective resource forecasting and agency-wide delivery coordination.
- Balance product ambition with technical feasibility and delivery timelines.
- Share success stories across the business and with the Production team as part of ongoing project visibility and cross-team learning.
Product & Delivery Leadership
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and aligned with client goals.
- Break down high-level requirements into clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Lead scoping sessions with developers, designers and client stakeholders to shape solutions that are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Define sprint scope and delivery capacity in collaboration with the project team to ensure predictable, high-quality sprint delivery.
- Ensure that all user stories are tested within sprints and ready to be released to the client UAT.
- Ensure that product releases are planned and communicated in line with the client stakeholders and dependencies on their teams.
- Run planning and scoping sessions with client stakeholders as part of the ongoing product roadmap and feature refinement.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary delivery contact for client stakeholders.
- Ensure the Client Partnership Lead is across key project deliverables with the right level of visibility.
- Strengthen strategic relationships with client stakeholders through consistent and open engagement.
- Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of seniority.
- Confidently flag blockers, delivery risks, and trade-offs directly with the client.
- Translate technical constraints into clear, non-technical language where required.
- Feed into commercial processes, team resourcing and revenue forecasting in line with client and commercial expectations and team capacity.
- Represent the product and delivery team in regular in-person meetings in London and facilitate technical leadership to attend these sessions as required.
You will bring:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Senior Product Owner or Delivery Lead in a digital product environment.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
