- Contribute informed B2B marketing insight to client discussions and planning sessions.
- Drive growth across the client portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand services, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Lead content strategy across client accounts, aligning activity with business goals and ensuring social and web channels operate as a connected ecosystem.
- Oversee resource planning across strategy and delivery teams, leading briefing processes and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Improve operational processes, systems, and ways of working by identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
- Manage account finances, including forecasting, scoping new work, preparing estimates, and supporting invoicing activity.
- Facilitate early-stage content planning, connecting client objectives with strategy and delivery teams before overseeing implementation.
- Line manage and support the development of an Account Manager through coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities.
You will bring
- 5+ year’s experience in a client-facing agency role, including experience managing B2B accounts.

- Experience managing forecasting, scoping, estimating, budgeting, and account financial oversight at a senior level.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders across executive, global, and leadership-level audiences.
- Experience managing concurrent workstreams while maintaining accuracy and oversight.
- Knowledge of B2B marketing and contribution to strategic planning and decision-making.
