The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to champion and deliver standout campaigns across Coventry University Group’s growing B2B portfolio. In this influential role, you’ll drive the marketing strategy for key areas such as our Enterprise and Innovation Office, Better Futures Apprenticeships, and the National Institute of Teaching and Education. You’ll immerse yourself in our audiences and stakeholders, truly understanding their needs, ambitions and challenges. Using these insights, you’ll create compelling marketing and communication plans that build brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and empower our business-facing teams to convert interest into meaningful partnerships. Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do. Working closely with colleagues across the Group, you’ll ensure that every piece of print and digital content aligns with our brand, meets compliance requirements, and delivers a consistent message that resonates with our clients.
Our Successful Candidate
You will have substantial experience working within marketing, public relations, or communications roles, allowing you to confidently navigate diverse stakeholder needs and fast-moving environments. You will have a proven ability to develop and deliver effective marketing and communication plans or strategies tailored to specific client groups. This experience means you understand how to translate objectives into meaningful campaigns that deliver real results. A solid grasp of digital analytics is essential, enabling you to monitor performance, interpret data, and report on campaign effectiveness with confidence. This analytical mindset will help you continuously refine and optimise your work. Finally, you’ll have experience managing marketing budgets, ensuring that spend is targeted, efficient, and aligned with strategic priorities.
