Junior Designer (Floris Books)
Edinburgh-based indie publisher Floris Books is recruiting for a part-time (22.5 hours/3 days per week) Junior Designer with an eye for design, page layout, typography and illustration, and a head for project management.
Candidates must be a conscientious team players and a good communicators but do not need to have had previous experience in children’s/book publishing; a demonstrable interest in publishing will suffice.
First round interviews (online): w/c 2nd November
Salary: Full-time equivalent salary of £27,000, pro-rata at 60%
Hours: 22.5 hours (3 days) per week
Contract: Initial 12-month contract
