The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This is an open call with no fixed deadline. We will shortly be embarking on a project to incorporate a new CRM system at the heart of our business operations. We are looking for freelance support from an individual with experience working with membership databases (or similar) and managing technology projects in similar environments (i.e. small teams with big reach and impact). This will involve work in-office with our Edinburgh-based team, so geographical proximity to Edinburgh is desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement in researching and selecting CRM service provider from the longlist we have created
  • Work with the PS team to map existing workflows
  • Work with the PS team to define the scope of the project, and agree revised workflows within our selected CRM
  • Work with selected provider and the PS team to fully scope and timetable CRM migration project
  • Overall management of project, liaising with external provider and internal team to ensure project remains on time and on budget

Anticipated scope: Five full days, followed by up to 20 half-days.
