We’re looking for a high-performing Advertising Sales and Sponsorships Manager / Director to lead from the front. Someone who can both win business personally and manage a small sales team.

The Role

  • You’ll take ownership of advertising revenue across a portfolio of five luxury lifestyle magazines distributed in affluent areas of Central London, alongside sponsorship sales for a series of established, high-profile community awards events.
  • This is a true player / coach role: you’ll be hands-on with key accounts while managing and motivating two sales executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personally drive advertising revenue across premium print and associated platforms
  • Lead and mentor two sales team members
  • Secure high-value sponsorship deals for well-established awards events
