The Associate Finance Director, Global Solutions, is a key supporting role within the global production commercial finance team, working directly with executive leadership to drive financial excellence across global production delivery models. This position requires exceptional communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to analyze and synthesize large volumes of data for clients and executive presentations. The Associate Finance Director will collaborate across all levels of the organization and geographies, contributing to strategic initiatives, client onboarding, and ongoing client finance management.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis & Executive Support: Provide comprehensive financial analysis and insights to support executive decision‑making and strategic planning for key global clients including preparation of global client P&Ls. Prepare and summarize complex financial data for executive‑level presentations, ensuring clarity and actionable recommendations including modeling and scenario planning to evaluate alternative courses of action. Assist in the development, optimization and maintenance of financial frameworks for global delivery models.
  • Commercial Excellence & Client Onboarding: Support seamless client onboarding by collaborating with cross‑functional teams, client contacts, and global internal stakeholders. Assist in setting up new clients by coordinating global financial processes, provide support resolution of outstanding issues with clients and internally, and ensuring process compliance post new business wins.
  • Governance, Compliance & Reporting: Support legal and compliance efforts for client contracts acting as a partner to internal client teams across regions. Support global client reporting coordination in alignment with contractual requirements utilizing production technology along with internal financial systems.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: Build and nurture strong relationships with global teams, solution hubs, client procurement partners, and key intermediaries to enable effective collaboration. Support knowledge sharing and alignment across regions, striving for continuous improvement in commercial finance processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting required; Master's (MBA, MS Finance, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a role supporting executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a global organization or supporting cross‑regional or global business initiatives.
  • Proven track record of preparing and presenting financial analysis for executive‑level decision‑making.
  • Advertising or PR industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with client finance and commercial finance supporting complex client models.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Expert‑level skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to synthesize and summarize large volumes of complex data for executive presentations.
