We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer to help shape the future of our teams across Publicis Groupe UK. This role plays a pivotal part in finding, engaging and nurturing talent who will go on to create world‑class work across media, creativity, technology and data. You’ll sit at the heart of our inclusive hiring approach, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver thoughtful, human and high‑impact candidate experiences. What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively source and engage diverse talent for current vacancies and future hiring needs across the business.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Build, maintain and nurture talent pools that support long‑term workforce planning.
  • Deliver a positive, inclusive and transparent candidate experience from first contact onwards.
  • Use market insights and data to inform sourcing decisions and advise stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate relationships throughout the sourcing phase, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, either in‑house or agency‑side.
  • Confidence sourcing talent through multiple channels, including direct search and networking.
  • Ability to understand both immediate hiring needs and longer‑term talent requirements.
  • Comfort working with ATS platforms and maintaining accurate, high‑quality data.
  • A thoughtful, organised approach to managing multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset, with curiosity, resilience and a desire to keep learning.
