About the role
The Production Client Lead is the strategic bridge between our creative agency partners, our production teams, and our end-clients. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, your primary goal is to drive organic growth by expanding current workstreams and cross-selling new production services and tech.
Responsibilities
- Drive Account Growth: Identify and convert opportunities to scale existing production volume and introduce new capabilities (e.g., content studios, digital automation, AI-led services).
- Creative Problem Solving: Partner with creative teams to \”make the impossible possible,\” finding innovative production solutions to complex ideas that fit within defined client budgets.
- Agency & Client Partnership: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to creative agencies, helping them understand how production can elevate their creative output while meeting client business needs.
- Account & Pitch Planning: Own production account plans and serve as the production lead for key client pitches to secure new business.
- Commercial Stewardship: Work closely with Finance and Production to own revenue forecasts, hit commit targets, and ensure the commercial viability of projects.
- Operational Connectivity: Ensure a \”one-team\” approach by aligning Global and Local production capabilities with client demands.
