Publicis Production is seeking a Platform Integration Manager with hands‑on experience to execute day‑to‑day integration tasks and coordinate cross‑functional resources to deliver high‑quality integrations. Builds and configures integration workflows, maintains documentation, and supports testing in partnership with configuration engineering, delivery, and QA teams. Contributes to client‑facing work through the client team without owning overall client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Integration Execution: Implement integration workflows using platform APIs and tools based on design specifications. Coordinate data mapping and configuration tasks with configuration engineers. Ensure integrations adhere to security, performance, and quality standards.
- Project Coordination: Track project tasks, issues, and milestones; provide regular status updates. Participate in design and code reviews; contribute to continuous improvement of integration patterns. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Stakeholder Support: Maintain integration documentation and knowledge base. Support requirements analysis and solution design in partnership with Product Success Directors. Participate in internal client team meetings as a technical resource when required.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in software integration or implementation. Familiarity with REST APIs, data transformation, and scripting.
- Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
