This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, high-impact analytics leadership role at the heart of a truly connected marketing model. As Market Analytics & Insights Lead, you’ll sit at the intersection of Paid and Owned media, turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that directly shapes growth, performance and long‑term customer value. You’ll act as the strategic analytics authority for the UK market—partnering closely with senior stakeholders, influencing leadership decisions, and ensuring every channel is powered by intelligent, future‑focused insight.
Responsibilities
- Lead the market analytics agenda, delivering proactive insight and growth recommendations that influence senior decision‑makers.
- Drive advanced, AI‑enabled analytics and ensure robust data governance across all workstreams.
- Own the Connected Model, using omnichannel IDs and Customer Lifetime Value to track the full customer journey.
- Roll up your sleeves with statistical modelling and deep‑dive analysis using tools such as SQL or R.
- Oversee end‑to‑end reporting, from in‑campaign optimisation to post‑campaign performance.
- Act as the technical bridge between Paid and Owned teams, supporting platforms such as analytics, CRM and campaign tools.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team, balancing strategic oversight with coaching and delivery.
- Own and evolve the CRO roadmap, optimising digital experiences across key touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics, ideally within complex, long consideration purchase journeys.
- Strong statistical and data‑mining expertise, with proven impact on commercial outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of at least one core analytics or marketing technology platform, with confidence across the wider ecosystem.
- Experience leading teams and influencing at senior or C‑suite level.
- A mindset that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
