Overview
APEX Exchange is the investment and growth engine within Publicis Media, built to deliver guaranteed performance and commercial outcomes for some of the world’s most recognisable brands. We’re hiring a Digital Strategy Manager to accelerate growth across our agency partners and lead high‑value digital investment strategies. The role: You’ll sit at the centre of agencies, clients and media partners—owning digital growth across your agency patch and driving adoption of APEX’s performance‑led solutions across Programmatic Display, Video, Social, Audio, DOOH, CTV and Retail Media. This is a commercial role with real influence: shaping strategy, unlocking investment, and delivering measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Owning and growing digital investment across key agency accounts, delivering revenue and performance targets
- Developing and leading a high‑performing Digital Strategy team
- Building compelling digital strategies that translate APEX’s proposition into clear client value
- Forecasting and managing agency investment pipelines to drive sustained growth
- Acting as the strategic bridge between agencies, clients, activation teams and media partners
- Strengthening partnerships with premium platforms and publishers to unlock joint opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong experience in agency sales, digital strategy, or client development
- Deep understanding of biddable and omnichannel digital media (e.g. DV360, TTD, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Criteo)
- Commercially confident, with a track record of driving growth and closing opportunities
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑makers
- Experience leading or mentoring small teams in a fast‑paced environment
