As a key member of our L&D team, reporting to the Senior Director of L&D, you’ll help us push boundaries and deliver learning solutions that not only meet today's needs but anticipate tomorrow's.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with senior leaders and C-Suite to identify business challenges and co-create innovative, tech-enabled learning strategies.
- Be the driving force behind the integration of AI, automation, and emerging technologies into our L&D programmes — from content design to delivery and beyond.
- Lead the development of smart, adaptive learning journeys that meet the needs of a modern, agile workforce.
- Take ownership of complex projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring commercial impact, ROI, and future-readiness.
- Mentor, coach and challenge members of the L&D team, fostering a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Embed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion into everything we do — from training content to delivery, ensuring learning is inclusive, accessible and impactful.
- Design blended, personalised learning experiences using the latest digital tools, AI applications, and adult learning theory.
