Publicis Groupe is searching for a talented individual on a fixed term contract basis to join the OneMars team, our bespoke agency for Mars Inc across our network and around the globe. This is a unique opportunity to partner with iconic brands on their marketing transformation journey. You will help enable Mars to future-proof their business, whilst also being part of a Power of One model that integrates media, production, data & tech, social, influencer and commerce to create end-to-end PESO experiences for Mars.
The Agency Orchestration Lead oversees the Mars Power of One model and integrated ways of working across markets. This role collaborates with regional and capability leaders to customize and implement the integrated agency model across various capabilities such as media, creative, production, commerce, and social/influencer, both within Publicis and with clients and partner agencies to drive the process forward.
Key responsibilities include:- Oversee daily orchestration, implementation, and optimization of the MarsOne model from briefing to delivery across marketing capabilities.
- Customize and manage standardized processes, address current challenges, and develop ideal workflows supported by a collaboration platform.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
- Manage intake of integrated and capability specific client briefs including review and assignment to appropriate internal teams for execution.
- Oversee and/or support resource management for briefs/projects, ensuring efficient allocation for marketing projects.
- Communicate project details and action steps to internal and external teams.
- Track deliverables, budgets, and project overlaps, adjusting schedules, and notifying teams as needed.
- Lead initiative and process feedback communications with clients and internal teams ensuring continual optimization on ways of working.
- Manage development of scope components, including timelines, resources, and costs.
- Drive connectivity across regions and capabilities on connected topics, surface insights, share performance results and scalable use cases to be shared monthly.
- Work with the Agency Orchestration team to propose solutions-led approaches based on global standards.
- Identify blockers and insights for regional leadership and clients and develop local and regional action plans.
- Ability to manage client facing communication directly and compile client facing presentations/documentation.
- Substantial marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience.
- Ability to understand business pain points from C-Level stakeholders – and develop a strategy to address the issues through application of improved operational process, people and/or technology.
- Clear accountability to evolve the business to become a more operationally functional team, ready for the future.
- Strong understanding of global and regional operating models, with proven ability to implement and optimize processes.
- Proactivity and proficiency delivering progress and completing work even with overlapping deadlines.
- Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
