Overview

Zenith International (part of Publicis Media) is looking for a Digital Hub Lead to own the overall account performance across all digital channels for an exciting client brand following an important pitch win. You will have the opportunity to lead a renowned award-winning team of 30+ digital experts across two continents and a multitude of platforms.

About the Client

This is a new client for Zenith International as the result of a recent competitive pitch win. It is a ‘Power of One’ client, comprising the best talent and product offering from agencies across the Publicis Groupe, including creative, production, strategy, technology and media planning and buying. The win represents a significant commercial opportunity for the agency and will provide a platform for talent to learn, grow and progress their careers.

The client is a leader in the international travel and hospitality industry with a significant footprint globally, most notably within Europe and North Africa, offering premium, mid-range and economy solutions for guests. They invest in all digital media across brand and performance and have clear and specific KPIs the agency will be measured against. In order to deliver these KPIs, we need the best talent to drive strategic innovation and operational excellence consistently.

This role will sit within the Europe and North Africa (ENA) region and will have accountability for delivery across 43 local markets in a centralised regional model.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced digital leader for one of our large agency clients. Your strong leadership skills, digital activation expertise, and strategic superpowers will come into play whilst talking to senior clients and internal stakeholders in multiple markets and leading the team to greatness. Your ability to multitask and digital strategy, planning, activation, and operations are second to none and will be called upon every day.

As a genuine people person who is digitally (activation) very proficient, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across 40+ markets with a large team which is involved in all elements of the clients’ digital advertising.

This role is dedicated and will sit within the ENA regional hub team based in Zenith International. The candidate will be expected to form a strong relationship with the hub lead to drive best practice and leverage valuable learnings and wider team members on the account for full digital collaboration.

Ideally you have a passion for all things digital, designing and refining process and must have exceptional problem-solving abilities enabling you to understand key blockers affecting delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact across the client’s digital business
  • Be an internal ambassador for the client team and for the digital hub
  • Stabilise, consolidate and ultimately grow the agency’s business by introducing new workstreams and increasing budgets through strong media performance
  • Digital activation excellence and ownership of overall quality of output
  • Defining and refining processes for optimal operational performance and efficiency
  • Overseeing reporting frameworks and delivery of timely reporting and insight documents
  • Ensuring the ongoing commercial viability of the digital hub through strong finance process management and ownership of the client P&L
  • Senior internal and external stakeholder management
  • Direct and indirect line management of 30+ FTEs in London and offshore

Qualifications

What you need to succeed

  • Experience across digital channel strategy, planning, and activation within social, search, programmatic and e-commerce (multi-market)
  • Experience across digital reporting, ad technology, governance
  • Experience with large digital activation teams across multiple locations
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and building trust and credibility
  • Experience working across multiple markets and managing a diverse team
  • Ability to manage upwards and engage with senior leadership within Publicis
  • Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of digital with some knowledge of campaign activation management

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AI and AI-relevant coding languages e.g. Python
  • Experience in relevant vertical
