Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact
We’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Solutions & Strategy Lead to play a pivotal role in driving the sales cycle for Epsilon’s product portfolio. In this individual contributor role, you will lead the pre-sales process, guide customers through technical onboarding, and ensure seamless integrations across digital marketing, identity, and customer experience solutions. You will collaborate with 12+ cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, optimize resources, and drive the strategic success of sales pursuits. If you’re a proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for technology and customer success, we’d love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. (2/3 days per week)

What You’ll Achieve

  1. Maximize Sales Success : Ensure that every sales pursuit delivers high-value solutions that exceed customer expectations.
  2. Drive High-Impact Opportunities : Prioritize opportunities that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  3. Lead Pre-Sales & Onboarding : Collaborate with sales teams on compelling pitches, demos, and solution scoping, while managing the technical onboarding and media activation lifecycle.
  4. Foster Collaboration : Work with 12+ teams (Sales, Product, Data, Engineers, Creative, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery across all project phases.
  5. Optimize Processes : Continuously improve project workflows and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Who You Are

  1. What you’ll bring with you :
    1. Experience : 5+ years in CRM, digital marketing, and technical solutioning within a client-facing role.
    2. Technical Expertise : Strong knowledge of digital marketing solutions and the ability to bridge technology with business needs.
    3. Client-Centric Mindset : Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions for maximum impact.
    4. Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
    5. Time Management : Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

    • Expertise in CRM, digital media, identity-based marketing solutions, and SaaS platforms.
    • Deep understanding of mar tech, data privacy, and digital media trends, especially in programmatic.
    • Strong consultative approach to problem-solving, with experience in leading discovery sessions and crafting solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Experience with RFPs, managing proposals, and delivering tailored responses.
