Responsibilities

This is your chance to lead a team of AV experts and make your mark on a high-profile new client win. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and have a knack for helping brands navigate the ever-evolving AV landscape, we want you!

You’ll need to stay ahead of the curve, keeping up with the latest trends in AV and using that knowledge to shape future-facing media strategies. Working closely with Digital, Publishing & Audio, and Comms Planning teams, you’ll deliver integrated, innovative, and commercially sharp plans that help our clients shine.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading Your Team : Manage a brilliant team of AV professionals—from Account Managers to junior members—setting the standard for excellence.
  • Building Strong Relationships : Deliver exceptional client and media owner service, becoming an expert in your client’s business and needs.
  • Driving Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with Planning and Investment teams to create thoughtful, timely, and impactful media responses.
  • Being Proactive : Keep campaigns running smoothly with a results-driven approach, identifying opportunities and solving challenges with flair.
  • Championing Innovation : Lead the way in understanding audience behaviours across TV, VOD, and Cinema, ensuring your team is equipped with the best tools and tech.

  • Media Auditing : Expert-level knowledge of media auditing processes to ensure campaigns hit the mark.
  • Negotiation Skills : Advanced negotiation abilities that deliver the best results for our clients.
  • Presentation Confidence : Comfortable presenting to groups of all sizes, whether it’s pitching to clients or rallying the team.
