You'll play a key role in growing our influencer proposition, supporting team development, and setting the standard for thoughtful, responsible and high‑impact influencer marketing. Responsibilities
- Leading the strategy, planning and delivery of multiple influencer programmes across UK and global clients
- Acting as a senior partner to clients, shaping influencer‑led solutions that align with wider content and media strategies
- Overseeing campaign delivery to ensure work is high quality, on time and delivered within scope and budget
- Building and guiding account teams, creating clarity, confidence and space for growth
- Championing creative excellence through test‑and‑learn approaches, platform innovation and diverse talent selection
- Supporting new business efforts by developing multi‑layered influencer strategies and identifying growth opportunities
- Contributing to the evolution of our influencer product, partnerships and internal training across the group
Qualifications
- Strong experience leading influencer or social‑first accounts within an agency or similar environment
- Confidence owning senior client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder needs
