As a Product Manager specializing in Endur, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Endur-based solutions for our clients in the energy and commodities trading industry. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Endur solutions to meet business objectives.
Your Impact
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Endur implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trading, risk, and technology, to design and deliver high-impact Endur solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product priorities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and product features.
- Drive the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch to ongoing optimization, ensuring a seamless and valuable user experience.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the Endur product offering.
- Work with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Endur enhancements and new features.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Endur or other energy trading and risk management (ETRM) platforms.
- Strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
- Proven experience in defining and delivering complex software solutions, with a preference for experience in Endur.
- Ability to work with both business and technical teams, translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including writing user stories, managing backlogs, and working with development teams.
- Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools to support product decision-making.
