Qualifications Experience overseeing digital business transformation, key account management, and business development within professional services for consumer products industry clients. Recognized thought leader and industry expert in digital business transformation and consumer products/CPG industry. Experience managing large accounts of £10m+ revenue. Proactive, consultative approach to business development with a track record of growing business through market-leading innovations and thought leadership. Proven experience in growing and transforming accounts and establishing an expansive network of advocates across large corporate customers. Ability to develop and nurture Trusted Partner-level relationships with C-suite client contacts and internal stakeholders, supported by a strong industry POV and understanding of client needs. A passion for people, leadership, equality, and society. Strong global leadership capability to manage teams, lead change, and inspire others. Strong learning mindset and drive for continuous evolution and self-improvement, including learning agility and adaptability. Flexible and mobile, able to work in a hybrid WFH, office, and travel environment as required.
