Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent team. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring senior‑level talent across creative, production, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in executive search, strong industry networks, and a consultative approach to partnering with senior stakeholders. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in shaping the leadership pipeline, ensuring we attract and secure top‑tier talent aligned with our business goals and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Executive Search & Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive‑level roles across the organisation
    • Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify high‑calibre candidates
    • Proactively map talent markets and build diverse pipelines of leadership talent
    • Engage passive candidates through tailored outreach and relationship‑building
  • Stakeholder Partnership
    • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
    • Act as a trusted advisor on talent trends, market insights, and hiring best practices
    • Manage expectations and provide regular updates throughout the search process
  • Candidate Experience
    • Deliver a high‑touch, white‑glove candidate experience for executive‑level talent
    • Lead structured interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations
    • Ensure alignment between candidate expectations and company’s value proposition
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements
    • Provide insights on compensation benchmarks and hiring challenges
    • Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Process Excellence
    • Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring processes
    • Continuously improve recruitment workflows and executive search practices

    • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential searches

Qualifications

  • In‑depth experience in recruiting within executive or senior‑level hiring
  • Proven track record of successfully placing leadership roles in creative, production, media, or related industries
