We’re looking for a Transition Project Manager to help lead the onboarding of new global clients into Publicis Production, ensuring seamless delivery across markets, teams, and systems within a 3–6 month transition window. The Transition Project Manager will be responsible for managing a master transition plan across multiple markets and work streams; project task time estimation and tracking; milestone/ deliverables status reporting and processes; risk identification, escalation and resolution; support management of internal/external communications calendar; and ensure that all stakeholders involved in the client transition meet their deliverables by the transition deadline.
Responsibilities
- Support global Transition Lead with planning, implementation and management of large-scale new client transitions.
- Coordinate with Global Transition Lead to establish priorities and proactively set direction for across various transition work streams including but not limited to process, people, technology, onboarding, and asset migration (if applicable).
- Help to develop and actively maintain a transition in project management tools such as Monday.com & Smartsheets, and be responsible for dashboard updates and accuracy.
- Manage internal and client transition communication channels and statuses including agenda preparation, leading meetings and following up on agreed actions.
- Work closely with the Global Transition Lead and Global Client Lead to identify and assure delivery against key transition milestones, priorities, expectations, etc.
- Work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure successful transition delivery.
- Ensure a consistent application of project management methodologies and standards.
- Perform other support duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with project management software Monday.com & Smartsheets, as well as MS Project, MS SharePoint or equivalent.
- Strong problem resolution skills.
- Expert understanding of project & programme management processes and methodologies.
- Ability to interact, manage and influence key stakeholders including executive team members.
- Fluency in English – speaking and writing skills.
Experience Preferred but not required:
- Experience in a Production agency (or Creative agency with a production focus).
- Experience working on large global accounts.
- Experience with multiple project methodologies (Scrum, ATERN, Waterfall, Prince2, etc.).
