We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual at the early stages of their career who is keen to build a future in production. This is an entry-level role for someone with a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for the production process.
You will be confident working within a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive team environment, with the opportunity to grow into more senior production roles within the company.
Responsibilities:- Supporting the production team across pre-production, shoot days and wrap.
- Managing onboarding administration for freelancers and ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders, setting up new vendors, and supporting finance workflows.
- Creating call sheets, movement orders, and other essential production documentation.
- Working closely with Production Managers and Producers to prepare for shoots, including pencilling and booking crew, studios, catering, and suppliers as instructed.
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data in AdGreen.
- Booking travel and accommodation through the internal travel system.
- Organising national and international couriers.
- Coordinating international carnets, visas, and travel documentation.
- Assisting with general administrative duties across multiple productions.
- Attending shoots and providing on-set production support as required.
- Supporting the team with research during pre-production.
- Ensuring production paperwork and records are accurate, up to date, and well organised.
- A genuine passion for production and a clear ambition to develop a long-term career in the industry.
- A proactive self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Calm, adaptable, and reliable under pressure in fast-moving environments.

- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working on live action and/or stills shoots (including student, freelance, or runner experience).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early starts and occasional long days during shoot periods.
- Ability to work on-site and travel when required.
- An understanding of health & safety procedures on set (or willingness to learn).
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Knowledge of production budgets and APA terms.
- Familiarity with AdGreen.
- Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clean driving licence.
- Experience working with suppliers, freelancers, or production paperwork.
