Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the management of the full life cycle of client projects from inception and requirements through to delivery. Project Managers at Publicis Pro are all‑rounders with experience of managing many different types of projects and love the satisfaction of delivering a project successfully, to an extremely high standard. They’re very adept and never shy away from being challenged with finding new ways to solve a problem.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest levels of client service across the account to provide an effective, enjoyable, first‑class customer service and experience.
  • Ensure all work is produced of the highest quality.
  • Facilitate relationships between external and internal suppliers, ensuring up‑to‑date information is communicated clearly and in a timely fashion.
  • Be present at client meetings where required.
  • Manage day‑to‑day operations for all projects as they move through the agency.
  • Coordinate and own daily project huddles to update team members on project priorities, deadlines, and requirements.
  • Create and manage schedules and timelines within Workbook, assigning tasks to different teams within the agency.
  • End‑to‑end control of the budget process.
  • Take responsibility for sourcing and managing third party supplier costs required for the successful completion of a project.
  • Take responsibility for setting up jobs and raising Pos within SAP and ensuring the OG finance process is always adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Client facing project management with excellent client service and exceptional project delivery skills.
  • Experience in a similar agency environment, managing and delivering multiple projects and campaigns across several client accounts and agency teams.
  • Experience of digital, integrated and campaign projects.
  • Be the project go‑to person, able to provide the latest status on delivery and resourcing.
  • Great at communicating and collaborating with people of all levels and backgrounds.
  • Experience in different project management methodologies with opinions about what to use when and why.
