We're hiring a Finance Business Partner to join the finance team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business to provide commercial, financial and operational support.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside Managing Partners, Business Unit Directors and client teams, helping to drive profitability, forecasting, revenue management and business performance. What you'll be doingBusiness partnering with senior agency stakeholdersSupporting revenue forecasting, budgeting and financial planningDelivering client profitability and utilisation reportingProviding commercial insight and analysis to support decision-makingReviewing revenue recognition and ensuring compliance with accounting principlesLeading conversations around revenue, profitability and business performanceSupporting month-end reporting and forecasting cyclesManaging relationships with client-facing teams and providing financial guidanceWhat we're looking forExperience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Finance Analyst rolePart-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent commercial finance experienceStrong forecasting, reporting and analytical skillsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAdvanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasetsPrevious agency, marketing, advertising or professional services experience would be beneficialThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, influencing decision-making and turning financial information into meaningful commercial insight.
