The Associate Director of Platform Enablement is the operational backbone of facilitating seamless workflows for our client teams, reporting directly into SVP, Platform Operations. This global role sits across technology, data, and marketing ensuring the integrated agency ecosystem runs on a fully activated, insight-generating, and efficiently connected solutions. You will support the end-to-end enablement of Publicis' proprietary platforms (inclusive of media planning/activation, analytics, commerce, workflow platforms), driving adoption, proficiency, and innovation across a high-performing cross-functional team.
You will partner closely with media, strategy, production, and commerce teams to ensure that the primary tools in the Publicis toolkit are bringing value and helping teams work efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the day-to-day internal champion for all activated Publicis platforms and emerging tools as they are onboarded.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs, training materials, and ongoing education to ensure full team proficiency across all platforms.
- Build a culture of platform fluency democratizing access to data and insights across disciplines so every team member can self-serve with confidence.
- Help facilitate feedback loops to gauge strategy and media teams’ satisfaction and capture future enhancement opportunities.
- Collaborate on establishing a cadence for on-going platform usage metrics, reporting on adoption health, flagging gaps and driving corrective action.
- Identify ways to eliminate friction in platform workflows, continuously improving the speed and quality with which insights move from data to decisions.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in marketing technology, media operations, platform enablement, or product management, ideally within an agency environment but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing intelligence, media planning, or analytics platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to translate complex data outputs into clear, strategic narratives.
- Proven track record of driving change management through building training programs that stick and increase adoption.
- Deep comfort operating in a matrixed, multi-stakeholder environment balancing agency priorities with client expectations.
- Experience working with, or strong interest in, Agentic AI driven workflows.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and a bias for process improvement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in presenting to agency teams and clients.
