As a Global Business Development Executive, you’ll join a highly regarded global new business team and gain exposure to senior leadership, international markets, and live pitches from day one. You’ll play a hands-on role in how Publicis Groupe wins new clients, supporting pitch leadership and ensuring best-in-class standards across process, delivery, and collaboration.

Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end delivery of global new business pitches, including timelines, workstreams, content development, and logistics.
- Partner with Design and Pitch Experience teams to ensure high-quality, consistent pitch outputs.
- Embed best-practice pitch processes and tools across markets, capturing learnings to continuously improve ways of working.
- Maintain accurate business development data, managing pipelines and milestones across Monday.com and Salesforce.
- Ensure confidential materials, access permissions, and documentation are handled securely and correctly.
- Act as a connector between Global Business Development, local markets, and specialist teams to enable effective collaboration.
- Support knowledge-sharing, template consistency, and capability development across the global BD community.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver multiple workstreams to a high standard.
- A process-driven mindset, with the confidence to identify and implement improvements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn quickly.
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tracking progress against milestones.
