3 Month Contract (Provisional Start Date: 6th July) Inside IR35

The role involves seeking an Associate Director with strong Amazon DSP experience, where you'll be involved with drawing out media insights and building suitable audiences for a large cosmetics client. This is a hands-on role where you'll be heavily involved in building out audience strategy and segmentation to optimise workstreams.

Responsibilities:

  • AMC roadmap and testing agenda – continuing delivery against the maturity plan and commitments made
  • Ongoing analysis and insights – delivering assigned workstreams and maintaining a consistent output to support optimisation and client discussions
  • Integration with broader retail media strategy – connecting AMC outputs into DSP, Search and full-funnel planning as we evolve the “AMC growth engine”
  • Oversee recurring tasks across teams - monthly reports & optimisation recommendations, QBRs

Your experience:

  • Proven experience and knowledge across Amazon DSP (AMC etc)
  • Technical mindset with an understanding of coding (SQL)
  • Insight-led with proven experience building out different audience types
  • Agency experience is preferred but not essential
