Responsibilities
- Building and leading a central resourcing approach across our agencies, with the freedom to design what “good” looks like.
- Setting clear ways of working that help teams get the right people, at the right time, without burning anyone out.
- Being the go‑to person for tricky resourcing calls, balancing client needs, team wellbeing and commercial reality.
- Working closely with agency leaders, finance and talent to plan, not just react.
- Spotting gaps early and suggesting smart solutions, whether that’s moving people, upskilling, hiring or using partners.
- Using data and insight to tell a clear story about capacity, risk and opportunity.
- Leading and developing a strong resourcing team, giving them clarity, confidence and room to grow.
