Overview: As Regional Paid Social Manager, you have responsibilities that directly relate to our agency Growth Pillars and internal Expectations Framework. You will be working on one of the most dynamic and exciting brands in the agency, responding to campaign briefs and inspiring digital performance media innovation across our 26 European markets. You will report directly into the Business Director and will be a key member in the team for regional digital performance campaign planning, regional digital trends gathering and delivering timely and insightful reporting across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Market liaison: Build strong relationships with key digital personnel and specialist activation teams across our local Constellation markets.
- Identify digital channel market requirements: Close local market digital knowledge gaps and lean on Global/Regional channel experts to drive the production of relevant toolkits/best practice documents.
- Digital Media Partner innovation: Contribute to the production of digital Playbooks to support local market uptake of new/innovative formats including testing frameworks and results reporting.
- Digital Network Connector: Build your profile across our Constellation digital teams as a digital performance specialist to connect markets with global experts.
