We’re hiring Media Performance Executives to join our media teams across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their career who’s keen to learn how digital advertising works across multiple channels and build strong foundations in performance marketing. You’ll be supported by experienced managers and specialists, working with data, platforms, and reporting tools to help deliver effective digital campaigns. No prior agency experience is required. We’re looking for curious, analytical, and motivated individuals who want to develop a career in digital media.
You’ll focus primarily on one of the areas below, while building a broader understanding of performance media as a whole:
- Paid Search: You’ll help plan, build, optimise, and report on search advertising campaigns. This includes analysing performance data, spotting trends and opportunities, supporting campaign builds, and ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality control.
- Paid Social: You’ll support the setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. You’ll work with performance data, contribute to reporting and insights, and help ensure campaigns are running smoothly and accurately.
- Programmatic: You’ll assist with the delivery and optimisation of programmatic display and video campaigns. This includes campaign trafficking, quality assurance, performance analysis, reporting, and learning how audience-based buying and ad technology platforms operate.

- A relevant degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in marketing, media, data, or analytics
- Any exposure to digital marketing tools or platforms
