Overview SEO Account Manager Performics | Publicis Media We are hiring an SEO Account Manager / SEO Manager to help shape the future of organic search for some of the world's most recognised brands.

Working closely with clients and cross-functional specialists, you'll play a key role in driving measurable business outcomes while helping evolve how search works in an increasingly AI-powered landscape.
What you'll be doing Lead the development and delivery of integrated SEO strategies aligned to client objectives, growth targets and digital performance goals.
Oversee technical SEO audits, site migrations and optimisation initiatives, ensuring high-quality implementation and ongoing performance improvements.
Manage and support SEO Executives through coaching, feedback and development opportunities that help them grow their expertise and confidence.
Collaborate with specialists across Paid Search, Social, Content and CRO to create connected performance marketing strategies.
Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve visibility, engagement, conversions and ROI.
Skills we're looking for Experience delivering successful SEO programmes, ideally within an agency or consultative environment supporting complex client accounts.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles, including crawling, indexing, site architecture and website performance.
Confidence using analytics and SEO platforms to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
Ability to manage projects effectively, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
