As a senior member of the writing team, you'll help shape communication strategies, mentor colleagues and contribute to work that informs, inspires and drives positive change across the healthcare landscape. ResponsibilitiesLead the development of high-quality scientific and medical content across a diverse portfolio of healthcare communication projectsTranslate complex clinical data and scientific concepts into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate materialsPartner closely with clients, providing scientific counsel and building trusted relationships through expert communicationContribute to communication strategies by identifying scientific opportunities and helping shape project directionEnsure all deliverables meet the highest standards of scientific accuracy, quality and complianceMentor and support junior writers, sharing expertise and contributing to a collaborative learning environmentWork cross-functionally with account, strategy, creative and medical teams to deliver integrated solutions that achieve client objectivesQualificationsSignificant experience in medical writing within a healthcare communications agency, pharmaceutical company or related scientific environmentStrong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific, clinical and healthcare informationDemonstrated experience managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detailConfidence presenting scientific content and discussing recommendations with clients and internal stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiencesCollaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving, mentoring and continuous improvementA genuine passion for healthcare communications and a commitment to delivering work that makes a meaningful impactAdditional informationLangland offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
