Overview The Senior Campaign Manager plays a key role in developing best in industry CJ influencer campaigns and client satisfaction.
As a trusted business advisor to both brands and influencers, they are expected to strategically build campaigns that bridge the world of influencer and performance marketing with strategies that amplify all marketing efforts and channels.
As a key stakeholder and leader within CJ, they will contribute to driving influencer services and products forward.
Key Responsibilities include: Manage campaign execution overseeing projects, development and performance of personnel Manage high-touch client relationships including anticipation of their needs and ability to articulate CJ’s ability to amplify their marketing efforts in influencer, social and across channels Lead the client partnership, ensuring alignment to client KPIs, brand guidelines, and strategy are well defined and attainable withing the campaign strategy Lead weekly client and agency calls, keeping the client up to date on progress and performance of campaign.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared client teams - keeping them apprised of performance and campaign needs Generate new relationships between brands and influencers by identifying new investment opportunities that align with campaign goals and audience fit.
Learn about and apply influencer industry channels and trends to your client campaigns.
Represent CJ through thought leadership and participation in industry events.
Generate influencer and content strategies for seasonal and annual brand initiatives; Driving platform and budget recommendations, creative concepts and post frequency Project/Team Management; managing campaign workload across team, establishing workback schedules and ensuring delivery to client deadlines Campaign Benchmarking & Forecasting to campaign goals to ensure our pitches are purposeful with data Work with Analyst and influencer managers to deliver Post Campaign analysis What we look for: Extensive experience in influencer or social media marketing ideally within an advertising agency.
