What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage end-to-end pitch processes, ensuring every stage runs smoothly and on time.
- Build clear, structured pitch plans and timelines aligned to client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, scheduling sessions and keeping momentum consistent.
- Own the development and delivery of pitch submissions, maintaining quality throughout.
- Manage content flow, ensuring materials are delivered, reviewed and refined effectively.
- Partner with internal and external collaborators to deliver engaging pitch theatre.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing clarity and confidence throughout.
- Support the Business Development Director, who will act as the strategic lead on pitches.
Proven experience in new business or pitch management within a media agency environment. Strong project management capability, with confidence managing multiple workstreams. High attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers and timelines. Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Experience coordinating large-scale pitches across multiple internal and external partners. Calm, organised approach with the ability to prioritise in complex situations. Collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional work as part of a team.
