The Measurement Lead will own and drive the measurement agenda across assigned Kellanova segments, brands and markets, ensuring that measurement is not just reported, but actively used to improve marketing effectiveness, investment decisions and learning maturity. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, media strategy, data governance, experimentation and client leadership.
Measurement Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and implementation of measurement strategies across assigned Kellanova segments, brands and markets.
- Translate high-level business, brand and media objectives into clear KPI frameworks, learning agendas and measurement plans.
- Partner with strategy, planning, channel, data, reporting and global measurement teams to ensure measurement is embedded throughout the planning and activation process.
- Act as the senior measurement partner for internal teams and Kellanova stakeholders.
- Identify measurement gaps across markets, brands, channels and reporting processes.
Test & Learn / Experimentation Ownership
- Own the Test & Learn roadmap across assigned areas.
- Oversee the design and execution of incrementality tests.
- Ensure test proposals are supported by appropriate pre-test analysis.
- Monitor live tests to ensure they remain on track.
- Translate test outcomes into simple, actionable recommendations.
MMM, Econometrics & Investment Effectiveness
- Lead the interpretation and application of Media Mix Modelling outputs.
- Help teams understand and apply response curves, saturation points, marginal ROI, average ROI, diminishing returns and channel interdependencies.
- Challenge simplistic interpretations of MMM outputs where needed.
- Partner with modelling, data science and analytics teams.
Data Quality, Governance & Reporting Readiness
- Lead the measurement data agenda.
- Work with teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Support the transition from manual data processes towards more automated workflows.
Stakeholder Management & Client Influence
- Confidently lead senior stakeholder conversations.
- Build trusted relationships with Kellanova stakeholders.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams.
Operating Model, Enablement & Team Leadership
- Define ways of working for measurement across assigned brands, markets or segments.
- Create and maintain practical measurement guidance.
- Support and coach measurement managers, analysts or cross-functional team members.
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years’ experience in marketing measurement, econometrics, media analytics, data science, digital analytics, marketing effectiveness, consultancy or agency-side analytics.
- Significant experience working directly with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead measurement strategy across multiple workstreams.
- Experience interpreting and applying MMM, experimentation and campaign measurement outputs.
- Demonstrable experience improving measurement processes, data quality, reporting standards, testing roadmaps or analytical ways of working.
- Experience managing, coaching or directing analysts, managers or cross-functional contributors is highly desirable.
