We are hiring a Junior Product Technologist to join DOT, an award‑winning creative technology studio within Publicis Groupe. This is a hands‑on opportunity to work where creativity, media and technology meet. You will support the internal products, platforms, tools and automations that help teams create, manage and deliver digital content more effectively. Working closely with the Product Owner and Technical Director, you will help turn ideas, feedback and technical issues into clear actions, test new features and tools, support development handovers, and keep product and technology work organised and moving forward. It is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about technology, digital platforms, AI and automation, and wants to build practical experience across product development, testing, technical problem‑solving and creative technology.

Responsibilities

  • Support product and technology initiatives across platforms, tools and integrations, helping drive improvements in how creative work is delivered.
  • Translate ideas, feedback and issues into clear actions, user stories and structured documentation.
  • Assist with backlog organisation, sprint planning and development handovers alongside the Product Owner and Technical Director.
  • Test new features, tools and prototypes, identifying issues and capturing clear, actionable feedback.
  • Contribute to QA and release processes, ensuring smooth rollouts and well‑documented bug reporting.
  • Research emerging tools, platforms and technologies, sharing practical insights with the wider team.
  • Collaborate with creative, media and technical teams to clarify requirements and keep work moving forward.
