Role Overview: This is your chance to sit at the heart of culture-shaping influencer campaigns. As Global Influencer Strategist, you’ll be a key strategic partner to some of the world’s most exciting brands. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Global Client Lead to shape briefs, develop creative influencer strategies, and collaborate across teams to make sure every idea lands with impact. This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves the creator economy, and wants to make work that gets talked about.
What you’ll do:
- Support strategic development of influencer campaigns, helping to turn client briefs into culture-led ideas that deliver results.
- Lead on briefing creators, creative and media teams – ensuring everyone’s clear on the strategy and the vision.
- Collaborate with media teams to ensure influencer campaigns drive real business impact, not vanity metrics.
- Use data, insights and platform knowledge to inform and strengthen campaign recommendations.
- Play a key role in client comms, articulating strategy clearly and confidently.
- Contribute to new business and organic growth opportunities across influencer and social.
- Mentor and support junior team members, particularly the Insights Executive, helping them grow and develop.

- Strong experience in influencer marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of influencer strategy, briefing and execution.
- Confident communicator with both internal teams and clients.
- A solid grasp of platform trends, creator culture, and campaign effectiveness.

- A collaborative mindset and a drive to make brilliant work happen.
