We’re hiring a Global Strategy Account Manager to help bring bold global thinking to life for one of the world’s most loved brands: LEGO. Sitting at the heart of our Global Enablement team, this role plays a vital part in turning strategic direction into clear, inspiring work that lands across markets. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, media and regional teams to shape insight‑led narratives and ensure global ideas are delivered with consistency, clarity and care. Responsibilities
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of global strategic initiatives across the LEGO business
- Translating global strategy into clear, practical outputs that can be effectively implemented by local markets
- Providing structured project management across strategy and enablement workstreams, keeping timelines and priorities on track
- Helping shape insight‑led strategic narratives by synthesising audience, cultural and market inputs
- Developing high‑quality, client‑ready presentations, summaries and documentation
- Coordinating cross‑functional inputs across strategy, media, measurement and regional teams to ensure connected thinking
- Supporting workshops and key forums, capturing outputs and driving clear follow‑through actions
Qualifications
