Overview

How You’ll Make an Impact

We're looking for a Client Development to join our Retail Media team at Epsilon UK. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to build a career in retail media, digital marketing, data analytics, and client development.

In this quota-carrying role, you will become an expert user of Epsilon's reporting, measurement, and insights tools, independently analysing retail media campaign performance across onsite and offsite channels. Your primary focus will be transforming campaign data into compelling narratives that demonstrate commercial value for retailers and brands, helping Senior Sales Managers identify opportunities for growth, renewal, and incremental investment.

Working closely with Senior Sales Managers and commercial leaders, you will uncover performance trends, develop evidence-based recommendations, and support strategic account development through best-in-class analysis and storytelling. You will play a key role in helping clients understand the impact of their retail media investments while contributing to revenue growth through data-led sales opportunities.

Success in this role comes from combining analytical rigour with commercial curiosity. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, uncovering the story behind campaign performance, and helping sales teams turn insights into growth opportunities. Over time, this role can evolve from campaign analysis and sales support into broader client management and account leadership responsibilities.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn digital marketing from the ground up while developing expertise in retail media measurement, campaign analytics, sales strategy, and client-facing communication. The role provides a strong foundation for future progression into broader client management, account leadership, and commercial roles within one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising.

    • Translate campaign results into clear, compelling narratives tailored to retailers, suppliers, and brand stakeholders
    • Identify key performance drivers, trends, optimisation opportunities, and actionable recommendations
    • Deliver post-campaign evaluations that demonstrate commercial impact and support future investment decisions
    • Develop expertise in retail media measurement, digital marketing fundamentals, and performance analytics
  • Commercial Support & Growth
    • Partner with Senior Sales Managers to identify upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and growth opportunities using campaign performance data
    • Proactively surface insights that support account growth conversations and strategic planning
    • Contribute to quarterly business reviews, sales presentations, and client-facing recommendations
    • Support the creation of data-driven materials that strengthen retailer and supplier relationships
  • Account Management & Client Support
    • Support the day-to-day management of retailer accounts, ensuring consistent delivery and responsiveness
    • Build effective working relationships with client and internal stakeholders (including Agency partners) through clear, timely communication
    • Act as a dependable point of contact for campaign-related and operational queries
    • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure technical workflows are managed efficiently and campaigns are activated accurately and on time
  • Operational Excellence
    • Maintain accurate reporting, performance tracking, and documentation across systems (e.g. Salesforce, campaign/pipeline trackers)
    • Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs
    • Demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail across multiple campaigns and accounts
    • Contribute to process improvements that enhance reporting quality and efficiency
