Overview: How You’ll Make an Impact

We’re looking for a Client Development Manager to join our London‑based Commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue growth through a Tier 1 B2B retail media partnership, with a particular focus on activating and scaling investment from the retailer’s long‑tail supplier base. This is a quota‑carrying position, with success measured by incremental revenue delivered from secondary markets and long-tail suppliers. Working with the commercial lead on the retailer partnership, you will own the end‑to‑end commercial engagement — from identifying opportunities, implementing processes, workflows and shaping scalable solutions, to ensuring delivery, reporting, and budget utilisation. This is a hybrid role based in our London office (4 days a week).

Responsibilities: What You’ll Achieve

  • Uncover retailer business needs and translate them into scalable, turnkey commercial solutions that unlock incremental investment from long tail suppliers.
  • Rapidly develop a strong understanding of the retailer’s B2B landscape, enabling efficient, low friction engagement that minimises effort required from the client.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with a high volume of stakeholders across both the retailer and its supplier ecosystem, creating meaningful engagement despite scale and complexity.
  • Communicate the Epsilon Retail Media Network (RMN) value proposition clearly and credibly across diverse audiences, tailoring messaging in real time based on marketing knowledge and language capability.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple internal cross teams to deliver against client commitments, managing upwards and laterally with confidence and clarity to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Partner closely with project management resources to ensure seamless delivery, clear accountability, and consistent execution across all workstreams.
  • Deliver timely proof of activity for all campaigns and initiatives eg. Reporting and screenshots.

Qualifications: Who You Are

What you’ll bring with you:

  • 2 – 4+ years’ experience in consultative sales, marketing, or client management, gained client‑side, within ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong experience across core marketing disciplines, including strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to operate effectively across multiple seniority levels and stakeholder types.
  • High levels of self‑motivation, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities, market gaps, and growth levers.
  • Outstanding organisational capability, with the ability to bring structure and prioritisation to complex, fast‑moving environments.
  • A solid quantitative mindset, with confidence using data, metrics, and analytical tools to inform decisions.
  • Strong data storytelling ability — translating performance metrics into clear narratives, opportunities, and upsell recommendations, even when results are challenging.
  • Great communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Confidence working cross‑functionally with multiple internal teams to deliver outcomes that work for both the client and Epsilon.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, alongside sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Why you might stand out from other talent:

  • Naturally people‑focused: credible, engaging, and effective at building trust quickly.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities without losing momentum, accuracy, or composure.
  • Process‑driven and detail‑oriented, with experience in project management and the ability to build structured workflows that support scale and consistent delivery.
  • Optimistic, resilient, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and a “can‑do” mindset.
