Zenith is hiring an AV Investment Director to lead AV strategy and buying across a cluster of major clients - including Very, Coty, and other exciting household names. This is a senior leadership role in a dynamic, collaborative team where you'll oversee delivery across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, and Cinema. You'll help drive innovation, secure maximum value from partners, and lead a team of AV specialists to deliver best-in-class work.

Responsibilities- Lead AV investment strategy, planning, and buying across a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Manage and develop a team of AV planners and buyers, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback
- Collaborate with media planners to shape integrated responses to client briefs
- Negotiate with media owners to secure optimal value and innovation for campaigns
- Own client relationships for AV, acting as a senior point of contact and strategic advisor
- Oversee financial and audit processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Monitor AV market trends and audience insights to keep strategies sharp and future-focused
- Extensive experience in AV planning and buying across all major channels (TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV, Cinema)
- Proven leadership of teams and strong people development skills
- Confident managing client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of UK media trading and audit environments
- A commercial mindset, collaborative approach, and ability to challenge the status quo
