We are hiring a Reporting & Analytics Manager to help shape how one of the world’s leading fashion retailers understands and acts on media performance. Sitting within Zenith’s Global Analytics team, this role plays a central part in turning complex media data into clear insight that informs smarter investment decisions. You’ll work closely with planners, strategists and stakeholders, bringing clarity, curiosity and craft to reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and development of reporting and dashboard solutions that support global media decision‑making.
  • Turning large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and optimisation.
  • Creating intuitive, well‑designed visualisations that make performance easy to understand and act on.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective analytical outputs.
  • Supporting data quality, validation and governance to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting.
  • Contributing to automation and scalable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and usability.
  • Supporting adoption and understanding of reporting tools through clear communication and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with reporting and analytics in a media, marketing or digital environment.
  • Strong analytical capability and confidence working with large, multi‑source datasets.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualisations that balance clarity, usability and insight.
