You’ll lead integrated search programmes, turn complex performance signals into clear opportunities, and help clients navigate a rapidly evolving landscape. Working with talented specialists across content, media, data, strategy and creative, you’ll have the scope to influence client growth and the future of Total Search at Digitas. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, technical craft and collaborative leadership in work that creates meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, delivery and ongoing optimisation of integrated SEO and GEO programmes.Build practical search roadmaps that connect client objectives with measurable business outcomes.Analyse customer search behaviour, competitors, content, authority signals and visibility across AI-powered discovery platforms.Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, presenting insights and recommendations in clear, commercially relevant language.Bring together SEO, paid search, media, content, data, strategy and creative specialists to unlock Total Search opportunities.Identify opportunities for client growth while contributing to pitches, proposals and the continued development of our search capabilities.Support colleagues through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, training and accessible best-practice guidance.QualificationsStrong experience developing and delivering SEO strategies that respond to client or business objectives.A practical understanding of GEO, AI-powered search, AI Overviews and how brands can improve visibility within large language model experiences.The ability to turn search data and technical findings into focused recommendations, compelling stories and commercial value.Experience building trusted stakeholder relationships and communicating confidently with both specialist and non-specialist audiences.Familiarity with relevant SEO, analytics, reporting and AI-search visibility platforms, with the curiosity to learn new tools as the landscape develops.A collaborative and organised approach, with the ability to guide work across disciplines and support the development of other team members.An analytical, curious and solutions-focused mindset, ideally supported by exposure to complex brands, multiple markets, digital PR, automation or advanced analytics.Additional informationDigitas offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
