In this role, you lead Endur operations for energy trading clients, guiding a support team and shaping the operating model to improve performance. You act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, driving issue resolution and value from ETRM investments. You partner with cross-functional teams to optimize day-to-day Endur workflows and enable data-driven, modern trading operations. Pay / Benefits

  • Lead and manage the Endur support team, including mentoring and performance management
  • Ensure timely resolution of production incidents, service requests, and system problems
  • Collaborate with Front, Middle, and Back Office teams for daily Endur support
  • Coordinate with the global support team to manage client expectations
  • Provide reporting and analytics on system performance and incidents
  • Apply deep Endur expertise across production environments
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in Endur operations
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to assess operating models

Tasks

  • 10+ years of hands‑on Endur experience in Energy Trading & Commodities
  • Deep understanding of Endur workflows and production environments
  • Experience with Endur configuration: deal modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, reporting
  • Experience supporting or optimising Endur platforms in complex trading contexts
  • Strong knowledge of front‑to‑back office processes across asset classes, especially crude oil and refined products
  • Client‑facing consulting experience and ability to drive transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage production support teams and deliver strong client/service outcomes
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills
