We are hiring a Digital Planning Director to help shape how one of the world’s most recognised consumer healthcare brands connects with people through media. Sitting at the heart of Publicis Le One within Spark Foundry, this role plays a pivotal part in defining cross‑channel digital strategy across GB & Ireland. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership, working closely with clients and teams to turn insight into meaningful impact. This is a visible, influential role with the opportunity to help shape what comes next.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading cross‑channel digital strategy across Programmatic, Social, Search and Digital OOH, ensuring plans are insight‑led and aligned to business goals.
  • Owning digital annual planning for GB & Ireland, working in close partnership with Comms Planning and client stakeholders.
  • Acting as a trusted digital partner to clients, translating complex ideas into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Driving campaign performance through thoughtful optimisation, strong oversight and a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborating with activation teams to ensure best‑practice execution across platforms and partners.
  • Leading performance storytelling, sharing results, insight and learning with brand teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Championing innovation and test‑and‑learn approaches across measurement, attention and emerging channels.

Skills we’re looking for:

  • Experience shaping cross‑channel digital planning within an agency or similar environment.
  • A strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem and how it drives brand and business growth.
  • The ability to lead strategy across multiple brands or business areas with clarity and confidence.
  • Practical knowledge of key digital platforms, paired with sound judgement and best‑practice thinking.
  • Experience integrating measurement frameworks into planning and optimisation.
  • Clear, engaging communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
