We’re looking for a Digital Ad Tech Manager to join our TAAG (Technology and Activation Group) team — the global experts powering ad technology, data activation, and measurement across the Groupe.
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of global ad operations and digital measurement. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, delivering best-in-class support across tagging, trafficking, data governance, and vendor management for major clients.
You’ll work closely with digital and analytics teams, helping clients mature their ad tech stacks while ensuring flawless campaign execution and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead ad tech initiatives globally (e.g. Attribution Modeling, CMPs, DCO, MMPs, TMS).
- Manage and optimize ad tagging, trafficking, and measurement solutions.
- Act as a strategic partner and escalation point for global clients.
- Collaborate across digital, analytics, and client teams to develop integrated ad tech roadmaps.
- Audit and implement solutions across GA4, Adobe Launch, CM360, and other platforms.
- Drive vendor relationships (IAS, DoubleVerify, Tealium, Flashtalking, etc.).
- Contribute to global TAAG playbooks, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with data governance to ensure taxonomy and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in digital media, ad tech, or marketing tech roles (agency or platform side).
- Proven experience with ad servers (CM360, Flashtalking, Adform), web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe), and tag management systems (GTM, Tealium, Adobe Launch).
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to internal teams and clients.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
- A collaborative mindset and drive to build smarter, scalable tech solutions.
