As a Client Development Manager in our London Commerce team, you will drive incremental revenue from a Tier 1 B2B retailer partnership by activating and scaling long-tail supplier investment. You’ll own end-to-end commercial engagement, from identifying opportunities to delivering scalable workflows and reporting. This hybrid, quota-bearing role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery and budget utilization. You’ll work closely with commercial leads to turn retailer needs into turnkey solutions, shaping impact at scale. Responsibilities

  • Translate retailer needs into scalable commercial solutions that unlock investment from long-tail suppliers
  • Develop deep understanding of the retailer’s B2B landscape to enable low-friction engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships across a high volume of retailer and supplier stakeholders
  • Communicate RMN value proposition clearly to diverse audiences with tailored messaging
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver against client commitments and keep initiatives on track
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure seamless delivery and accountability
  • Provide timely proof of activity, reporting, and campaign transparency

Key requirements

  • 2–4+ years in consultative sales, marketing, or client management in ad solutions, direct marketing, or agency settings
  • Strong background in strategy, analytics, media performance, and forecasting
  • Exceptional relationship-building across senior stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a track record of identifying opportunities and growth levers
  • Organized, capable of managing fast-moving environments with structure
